dieting

I always start my diets on a Monday. Usually by Wednesday I have messed up and tell myself I will start again on Monday. I know that I am not grossly fat, but I am very uncomfortable with myself. My mom has many diet related illnesses. I never want to be sick like she is. I want to feel good about myself. I dont want my pants to be so darned tight! So today is Wednesday and I am going to start eating healthier today. Maybe if I break out of that Monday habit it will start off better.
I looked up what my ideal weight should be. It says 130-139 OMG I weigh 158. It seems that I have alot of work to do. I want to look good, to feel good, and to grow older being healthy. So here we go. I will keep you updated on my progress. I am serious this time. I have to do it now because I am steadly getting larger and larger.
